We all love the casual beach wave look, but sometimes a girl needs to look really polished and put together.  The High Roller look inspired by Kevin Murphy is perfect for any event or party where you want to amp up the glam factor.  It also looks great in the daytime when paired with a vintage inspired dress.

To get the Kevin Murphy High Roller look, you’ll need a few things….

Kevin Murphy Anti Gravity Blowdry Lotion

Kevin Murphy Hair Curlers - size medium

Kevin Murphy Session Spray

You will also need to gather a medium-small size curling iron and a wide tooth comb.

Start by applying a quarter-size amount of Anti Gravity Blowdry Lotion to damp, freshly washed hair, and blow-dry on high heat until your hair is completely dry.

Next, divide your hair into 4 sections – left side front, right side front, left side back, and right side back.  Use your natural part or create a deeper side part as guide for the front sectioning.

Starting in the back, divide one section in 1/2 (top 1/2 & bottom 1/2), clip the top 1/2 up and out of the way, and roll the bottom 1/2 around your iron starting at the ends.  When the hair around the iron feels hot to the touch, unwrap it from the iron, and re-wrap it around a Kevin Murphy Hair Curler.  Move up to the top 1/2 and repeat.  Just be sure to only wrap the hair around the iron 1/2 way up to your scalp.  You want the surface to remain smooth.
