Betsey Johnson & The Pink Trash Ball

Lucy Pop Salon helped paint the town pink along with Betsey Johnson and Women Rock For The Cure on Thursday, May 3.  The annual Pink Trash Ball was held at Mercy Lounge, and featured art by local artist John Buko, a fashion show by Betsey Johnson, multiple music acts including headliner Tiffany.  All proceeds from the event went to Women Rock For The Cure, a non-profit based in Nashville that is committed to connecting and supporting young women who are facing breast cancer.

The Lucy Pop Salon team had crazy, mad fun creating the hair & makeup looks for the fashion show.  We were super inspired by all things Betsey Johnson, so we pulled out all the stops including neon lips in shades of blue, green, and pink along with short, blonde bob wigs and big, fluffy 80′s inspired hair.  And of course we had to swipe Kevin Murphy Color Bug in Pink on everyone we could!
