Here’s a list of our most frequently asked questions. If there’s something we haven’t covered here, give us a call at 615-327-3474 or send us an email to lucypopsalon@gmail.com and we’ll tell you anything you want to know!

Do you have parking?

Yes! We have parking onsite – directly behind our building.

I’m running late – what should I do?

Please give us a call to let us know that you are running late. We understand that things happen, and will do everything we can to accommodate you. However, if you are going to be more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule or adjust your services accordingly.

What is your cancelation policy?

We require 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations, and we require a credit card at the time of booking for all new clients.  We will charge a $75 cancellation fee  to your credit card for all missed appointments. If you see that your schedule has changed, or if something comes up that will keep you from making your appointment, please call us as soon as possible. Keeping us informed will give us a chance to fill your appointment time with someone from our wait list.

Why do some stylists have more expensive pricing than others?

Our stylist’s pricing is based on a level system. Pricing is based on how much experience and advanced education a stylist has, as well as how much demand there is for booking with them.

How do I choose a stylist?

Check out our “Team” page and the Stylist bios to get to know us a little bit. We also post our work on Instagram @lucypopsalon Everyone at Lucy Pop does great work, but we all have our own specialties and personalities. If you still aren’t sure who you want to book with, give our Salon Coordinators a call at 615-327-3474 and they can give you recommendations based on your hair goals and personality.

How much are extensions?

Extension pricing varies depending on what your desired end result is. If you just need to add a little volume or a pop of color to specific areas, pricing is considerably less than if you want to add length all over. Average pricing can be anywhere between $350 – $1500+, and there is no way that we can give you a quote without seeing your hair and talking to you about your hair goals. Anyone interested in extensions should book a complimentary consultation with one of our stylists.

What hair color lines do you use?

We use Wella, Kevin Murphy,  Redken Shades Eq, and Evo Fabuloso Pro as our hair color options. Within our lines, we have ammonia free, PPD free, and peroxide free options. Talk to your stylist about which line is right for your hair goals.

Do you make house/hotel calls?

Yes! We can come to your house for styling, makeup, or hair cuts. We can’t provide hair color at your home or hotel, though. We do charge a $75 outcall fee for the locations within the Nashville area.

Can I bring my dog?

We love dogs, however, by law we cannot allow animals inside the salon.

Can I bring my child?

We love kids, too. But let’s be honest, you can’t relax and have the best experience when you bring your child – and the other clients around you can’t either. We recommend scheduling a sitter and leaving your child at home, so that you can really enjoy your Lucy Pop time.
