Appointment Booking Policy
All first time clients who are booking hair color or facial services will be asked to provide a credit card number to reserve your appointment. If you are a new client booking a hair color or facial service online, we will call you as soon as we receive your online appointment request to secure your credit card information.
Your appointment request will not be approved until you provide us with this information.
Your card information is held securely in your client file, and will not be charged until the time of service OR in the event of a last minute cancellation or “no show.” You may also provide another form of payment at the time of your service.
We suggest arriving 10 – 15 minutes early for your appointment. This allows time for us to properly check you in, and for you to fill out new client information forms.
We do email and phone call appointment reminders 24 – 48 hours before your appointment, provided that we have your correct email and phone number on file. However you are responsible for keeping your appointment and complying with our cancellation policy. Lucy Pop is not responsibe should you forget your appointment, mix up the time or location.
Please keep in mind that we are an appointment based business. While we understand that emergencies happen, “no-shows” and last minute cancellations leave our team members with empty appointment times – this ultimately affects their income.
Because of this, we implement the following cancellation policy:
- We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel any appointment.
- Appointments that are cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged at $75 cancellation fee. The cancellation fee will be charged to the credit card that you provided at the time of your booking.
- If your appointment is a “no-show” or cancelled with less than one hour’s notice, you will be charged the full price of the service you booked. This fee will be charged to the credit card you provided at the time of your booking.
If you are running late, please give us a call. We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals. However our appointments are booked in specific time increments, thus a late arrival will result in services being customized to fit the remaining time left on your appointment (full service fee will still apply). If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule. Cancellation fees will apply.
